Who processes your data

Fofura Pet Care is responsible for the processing of the personal data collected on this website. For any question about privacy, you can contact us by email at geral@fofurapetcare.com or by phone on +351 910 074 098 and +351 910 427 144.

What data we collect and why

Through the contact form. When you send us a request for information, we collect your name, email, phone number (if you give one), the service and dates you have in mind, and the message you write.

We use this data only to reply to you and to handle the service you ask us for. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the preparation of a contract with you.

We keep requests for as long as they are needed to reply to you and for the relationship that results from them. If you would like us to delete your request before then, just tell us.

Through browsing. We collect statistical data about visits to the website — pages viewed, where the visit came from, type of device — so we can understand what is useful and what is not. This data is processed in aggregate form and does not identify you personally.

Cookies

The website uses two cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, without which the contact form does not work:

We also use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to measure visits. These cookies are not necessary for the website to work.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on if you want to prevent that measurement. Blocking the necessary cookies may stop the form from working.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or hand over your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your data passes through the providers that let us keep the website running — hosting and email — and, for browsing statistics, through Google, as the party responsible for Google Analytics. To stop automated spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical data from your browser (such as the IP address) to tell people from robots, without setting advertising cookies. These processing activities may involve transferring data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards provided by Google and Cloudflare.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.

If you believe we have not handled the matter as we should, you can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Protecção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
